Client Communication

Lets talk communication

I truly value the relationships I have with my clients, and I want communication with Dani Hair Studio to feel easy, clear, and respectful for everyone.

Because I am an independent stylist, I wear all the hats behind the scenes. When I’m working, my priority is the client sitting in my chair. That means I’m often unable to stop throughout the day to answer texts, appointment questions, or scheduling requests.

Once my workday ends, I also make an intentional effort to step away from business communication and be present in my personal life.

Texting & Response times

You are always welcome to send me a text when it is convenient for you! There is no need to worry about whether you are messaging me “after hours.”

However, sending a message does not mean you should expect an immediate response.

Messages are answered during my designated communication hours and when I have dedicated time away from clients to properly respond. Depending on my work schedule, days off, weekends, or holidays, it may take 1–2 business days to hear back from me.

If you message me in the evening or over the weekend, I may wait until my next business day to respond.

Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. My cancellation policy is based on when your message is sent, not when I am able to respond.

For example, if you text me more than 24 hours before your appointment but I do not respond until later, you will not be penalized because of my response time.

Please remember that appointment changes are still subject to Dani Hair Studio’s cancellation policy.

Online Booking

Whenever possible, I encourage clients to use my online booking system for scheduling and appointment availability. This is often the quickest and easiest way to manage your appointments without waiting for a response from me.

For questions that require my help—choosing a service, making a significant appointment change, color questions, or anything you’re unsure about—please feel free to text me.

A Little Boundary with Lots of Love

My slower response time is never personal, and it does not mean your message is unimportant to me.

Creating communication boundaries allows me to be fully present with the person in my chair while I’m working and fully present in my personal life when I’m not.

In return, when it’s your turn in my chair, you get that same undivided attention.

Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and allowing me to create a healthier balance between the business I love and the life I love outside of it.
